Would I loan money on this property if I were a billionaire and loaning my money?

It's a billionaire dollar business. 50% divorce rate means a man is likely to be married more than once which means more business 😂

Many eviction judges think you are a billionaire slum lord and will take it out on you.  

@Andrew Ware  Every investor has the same risks of personal issues to deal with.. and extraneous issues out of their control.as much as anything I see a lot of people jumping into buy and hold ( and of course you have to start somewhere) but they don't even know if they like landlording or not.. or have the temperament for it. only to discover they don't.... and you better have appreciation or your going to lose money when your 3 cash flow properties in that don't go up in value and you say to yourself I don't like this I want to sell and buy notes or I want to only do short term lending or I only want to invest with a natinoaly ranked syndicator or I only want to buy REITS or I want Bitcoin..

If the Deal Machine app could get you one property deal for every 200 properties you click on, as advertised, I would be a billionaire.

It's not made to convert buildings into Hotels.If that were the case, then I would be a BILLIONAIRE right now.But what happens is that these people basically steal by profiteering from Landlords like myself as they make the "difference between the rent and the AirBnB price."

Most docs and scientists forever thought the stomach was sterile...and BOOM, someone proves them wrong.Show me all the billionaire dentists and doctors.....then show me all the billionaire real estate investors. 

But the momentum reaches far beyond just one man, billionaire or not, at this point.
