yea the METH is really bad in Haysville

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I think I will go find my top favorite bad reviews when time allows. 

It is easy for people to download fake W2s, ESA paperwork, etc, with a few mouse clicks and a credit card. 

depends on your credit if you can get a mortgage or your ability to find good deals that you use hard money for and then refinance into DSRC.  

Is it okay to file an extension or a bad idea? 

I've found this to be super helpful: When someone inquires about the property Thank them and Send them the pre-requirements (Income, credit, no evictions) and ask if they meet them.

They offer a $10K repair fund to fix damages in addition to SD plus warranty for appliance repair etc.I have no say in whom they choose to move in, whether there are animals, limit on # of occupants etc. they reserve right to inspect property so i have no idea if they can tell me to remodel, paint etc.does this make sense i have a vacancy coming up in October (bad rental timing).

He has a knack for making bad choices.
