As Landlord's, we all have to learn the sad truth about people is that they are dishonest and will tell you anything in order to make themselves look good.

@Brian Ploszay speaks truth on the motel...more of a business than rental property. 

Truth is, I don't even remember if that was mentioned in the book (maybe I should read that again...).

I am born and raised in this area so I feel I am qualified to tell you what is ******** and what is truth.

As you're probably discovering, there are two basic truths about Netflix.  1.
