I, since I was young, had this bug and desire that I could not erase to study medicine.The analytical side of me says the opportunity cost monetarily, mentally, and physically to go through pre-med, med school, residency - it is ridiculous.

In today's world of advanced analytics, I've been curious if someone has cracked the code on sophisticated predictive modeling tools.

I have been running analytics and distressed/lower income areas (which can generate a higher p/r ratio) have been seeing significantly lower appreciation because the primary demand in the region is from upper-middle class families. 

I'm in my final year and perusing a degree in data analytics.

It is your job to point of all of the property deficiencies but I think it's just as important to be able to speak to them in a calm and analytical method when working with an investor.
