One thing I'd suggest, is put in your contract the cost of scrapping of doors/window trim/walls, because when people are irresponsible, their dogs get anxiety and stuff like that happens.

I have also begun to "pet proof" switching out carpets with the vinyl plank flooring, with carpets being the biggest issues with pets, second biggest issue would be chewing/scratching doors/trim.

Which Moens or Delta products you buy really doesn't matter too much as most all operate off the exact same internal valve systems and parts ,the difference is only the trims, all guts are the same.Price Pfister is also an entry level brand to avoid.

Right now, I can only think of two options:1) Wait till its dark and start trimming the tree myself so it doesn't block the view as much without hurting the treeor2) Try to convince the PM and/or the Board that its a horrible mistake for everybody to keep that treeFirst option seems like it would be an effective, short term solution to get the place rented.

One thing you can do with the sensors is stick them onto a small, thin piece of whatever you have on hand and then use a finish nail to then attach that to the door/trim/etc.

They also recommend the 3 foot/6 foot rule.... keep shrubs no higher than 3 feet and trim branches off trees from the ground up to six feet, so they are harder to hide behind.
