Groundfloor looks ridiculous here, like teenagers with an idea and an internet platform. 

I decided I needed to look at it myself, having a mechanic background, having turned a couple wrenches with my father, as a child and a teenager.

My goal is to lose another 25 pounds and get back to my teenager years weight.

To say the money isn’t there or you should not do it is not entirely true .just because I would not want my teenage daughter walking down the street there doesn’t mean I would not invest in the area lol why should I care my kids aren’t going to hanging out there .
