@Robert Adams I would say the differences between using Pictometry and Eagle View over Google Earth or some other map program would be not just the far greater detail of the house you'll see but how often they update their pictures.

It may feel like it needs to be spent or invested.Buying the cottage or a bunch of tax liens right off the bat, may put you in a position of a liquidity crunch.The high tech program to bring buyers & sellers together, sounds too much to me like "chasing the silver bullet".

I'd have to guess that if someone was here and then started getting the dozen top blog posts, half dozen best forum posts and the newest podcast served up to them on a silver platter they will be that much more likely to get involved with the community.
