Now I see that county posted list of exceeded funds and for this property there is $20k-$5k= $15k remaining balance and bidder can claim.

The current owner of the property has the property under land contract with 4 remaining years on contract.

The remaining 80% of agents barely sell 1 house in 2years due to many reasons like lack of commitment to the profession, poor or average skills, improper training, lack of tools and mentorship to be a great agent, etc.At the end of the day, you will always get what you pay for. 

However, with my 1 short term rental I am struggling to remain confident that this is the right strategy as when something does happen it seems I lose at least a couple days with them dispatching and then following up.  

I don't have the remaining 30k to pay off the mortgage.

Hi James, The demand in FL still remains high for investor buyers due to location and elevated rental rates.
