Same thing in the neighborhood I grew up in, a bunch of busy-bodies who like to harass their neighbors for contrived grievances.After those experiences, I cannot imagine buying in a neighborhood like that, especially if I'm not going to live in the house.

I don't just read this quote and think about it, but, I feel it throughout every inch of my body and right in my heart.

But the inconsistency in timing (3-6 months) indicates it isn’t regulatory, which brought me here for the collective knowledge of the BP community 🧠

For what its worth, I've seen an entire industry of folks put up fights with the SEC on arguing that something isn't a security--many of them have since spent a lot more time and 10x more on defense attorneys than if they'd just... acquiesced to regulatory jurisdiction.
