I do deals in Western MA, I have done deals in Turners Falls, Wendell,  Ware, Amherst, Northampton, Shutesbury, Southampton, Montague, and Greenfield. 

It's less about sitting on the beach sipping mai tai's all day, and more about being able to do what you want, when you want, with whomever you want.

In MA is called "Unauthorized Deleading" (OP called it "lead affected") and once your house is tagged with UD, you can't get a lead cert.

If it is the house on River Road, I've already looked at it.I'm going out on a limb here and saying there ain't no such thing as a deal in western MA. I
