We have a rehab company that services the Southeast and specializes in investments.

There is a 3/2 SF home burnt down well enough for complete demolition, sitting in a Southeast neighborhood of Houston, TX.

I can recommend a good tree trimmer in southeast Houston if anyone needs one.So after doing some thinking and analyzing the numbers, I am leaning towards making this a rental.

Unfortunately this post is specific to South East Michigan and North West Ohio. 

The southeast-MI/northwest-OH and even MI at large economy is driven purely by the automotive industry.

I would guess Nebraska or Iowa don't have that law, but I could be wrong.I guess from a $ standpoint could you pay someone $15 hr (roughly) for 40 hours a week to do as good of a job as your PM?

I guess when your dealing with High Profile Clients, you can't afford to have your newbie make mistakes... understood. but I gt tired or sweeping floors and being told to stay home because there was no work for ME to do.So I switched it up, as I tend to do about every 2 years, I changed industries and locations, I now work as a Pawnbroker in South East Dallas.

I currently hold 2 properties in California and am looking in the South East and Mid West to expand the portfolio.
