In my opinion having a license helps tremendously when you are an investor.

In fact, the cold weather has likely helped our business tremendously since no one is going out where we live so people are just glued to their devices as we've been seeing between 6-9 bookings per day over the last several days.

I was able to glean tremendous information regarding original loan amounts, foreclosure amounts, locations, etc.

I have a tremendous amount of personal connections, but feel the need to conquer some business independently before sitting down with them.

They are VERY bright to the point it hurts to look directly at them, and they put out tremendous heat.
