I am looking for recommendations for institutions that provide scattered site financing for the Milwaukee area.

So, my wife and I house hacked a 2 family a few years ago in Massachusetts.  

I bought a two family in May in Wakefield MA.

I really want to take a loan against my rental building so I can buy more investment properties, but my situation is I don't have tax returns ( new immigrant and this property has only generated income for 6 months), any suggestion on which financial institution can help a case like mine?

The terms/conditions are a huge flag as already pointed out, but the accent shouldn't be considered a flag if we ever want to get the mortgage lending industry (both private and institutional) more diverse than it is today.

Many large institutions are at 12 - 24 months.

@James Ma I 100% agree with that style, I guess it’s just the company norm or expectation to do the cold call grind.
