Over time I will build and rent improved camp sites. 

I have been soaking up information from youtube, podcasts, websites, etc., as I am sure we all do, and look forward to taking the next step on this journey.

You just have to remind them of reasons for improving the city.   

After watching a YouTube video from Ken McElroy stating 2020 is a wash, 2021 is the time to save up, and 2022 is likely the time to buy (when properties shift from motivated sellers to foreclosures to REO) I decided to redirect some recent Real Estate proceeds out of a 1031 into BTC.

If someone comes by after that and books a 2star property expecting 5star service, that's their fault.They are trying to turn in to AirBnb… If they want to do that, at least improve on the interface/user experience.

If you have a co-signer with a stable income, that could significantly improve your chances.

I extended with my lender to buy time until my credit improved but that unfortunately did not happen.

If you can't improve cash flow through refinancing or rent increases, selling and reallocating the $40,000 equity into a better investment might be wiser.
