Imagine your mortgage going from $1500 to $3000?

Imagine you put the $100/mo aside telling the bank it’s “insurance”. 2 years later the house burns down and the account has $2,400 in it.

We did most of the renovation ourselves, but there were few things we contracted out which were more expensive than we imagined.

Especially if you will be acute care and within the hospital walls I imagine you will run into many traveling professionals to lease to. 

I look at every single item in the pro forma and imagine that it is complete BS, and see if I can challenge it.

They still were helpful and are helping me get to the level of organization that I would have had had I had them create my entities so it's not terrible by any stretch of the imagination. 

I imagine the "work-arounds" for this new system will be plentiful.

I am imagining you will require gas, electrical and water to be relocated if you're moving the laundry.

Price is sometimes not the most important factor for home sellers.In regards to your valuation, I would verify your expenses since I would imagine most potential buyers will question why the expenses are so low (even though you mentioned you have rented the units over market rent). 

I just can’t imagine a tenant having access to my home and a shared bath.
