Now that it's the off-season for football, I stumbled across the Bigger Pockets Podcast a couple weeks ago and started listening to a few episodes, which ultimately led me to this site!

What risks you chose to subject your own family/children to in raising them (your particular religion (vice another's)/Pop Warner full contact football/ you get the idea (or else you're too stupid to contend with)) is very different from what society will allow you to subject others, with whom you only have a COMMERCIAL relationship.

I played football, so I remember the rivalry.

The only portion of college that made it worth it was the fact that I was an athlete and enjoyed the experience of college football.

Houston has major venues, baseball, basketball, and football teams and oil and gas!

Mr Hengky has to deal with 2021 prices.Spring Oaks is not on West Sahara.Please dont scare Casey Powers away,  she deals with this stuff.I surmise  Eric handles the buy  and then  hands the Football to someone else to manage.No need for Capital fund because thing wont need replacing for awhile. 

Often the gymnasiums, football stadiums and sports programs have very affordable advertising space that local businesses often advertise in.Was just curious if anyone has tried this and what your results have been.

Think of it as watching a football game and understanding it to being the head coach.
