the state diversification is 90% non minority and 10% everything from Black HIspanic Indian Chinese Japanese etc etc.. bad neighbors are just bad neighborhoods.. low income Is low income.. although in the Portland metro area there are no hoods .. probably the lowest crime rate of any major MSA in the country.. 

Chinese tourism is starting to shrink. 

Not sure about the woman in Saitama, but my guess is there's more to the story than her just being Chinese. 

Close to Asheville, NC- very hip cultural scene.

One of the group was bidding against the Chinese buyer.

I've had social workers working for agencies who routinely defend their client's behavior, as if violent, argumentative behavior, domestic violence, illegal drug use, violation of lease terms, and of course, always combined with non-payment of rent, were just a "cultural" difference. 

I recall some years back, I was looking at a few properties advertised at the window of a real estate office, a Chinese woman also stopped by and looked, and remarked she's looking for some relatives in Hong Kong.

The United States is enormous and widely diverse in people, cultures, climates, economies, markets, etc. 

financially they may make sense I just dont see any cultural demand for them.building for small multi seems to be slowing everywhere as well.

Also in corporate culture its maybe more common to pay for consulting and coaching ect, but us newbs arnt as accustomed to the practice?
