Knowing you can do it the right way now, I would advise against it.If you convert it into a legal rec room, that would only be a half bath and the City may require you to have two covered parking spots (like a permanent carport).

I was upset when developers came in and put houses in the backyards of the houses on either side of me, facing but not in any way designed to take advantage of the view of the brook, and then put a road between me and the brook and park.

@Carter Buckingham If you're planning to purchase a mobile home in the community where the land is rented, you'd have to check first with the park manager and/or owner to see if you can move forward with your plan.

For windsor hills, I found the community itself to be very nice, especially the pool area, slides section was a huge hit with the kids (a mini water park).
