I actually live in Ventura, so going to a meetup up in Fresno isn't easy, but we do get out that way to visit family and friends and would love to drop in during a visit.  

My partner does a couple of flips a month around the San Fernando Valley and Ventura county area.

So as Ben said- probably better to focus on one or the other, but after you're an ace at either investing or brokering, it certainly could be fun to try the other, as I've done.

Now he just wants to hit that ace ;c)

When I am doing repairs, I usually go to the local Ace Hardware.

If you have a W2 + 401K, 401K Loan is something I hold as an ace up my sleeve.

I got like 96 or 97 on my agent's exam, aced the broker's exam.
