There are more than enough blogs and videos here on BP or YouTube to learn from, for free.

I used to point people to his training videos, I learned a lot from them and I know many others have as well. 

After another break in, I’m looking for up-to-date info regarding video surveillance during rehabs.

I've watched a lot of his youtube/podcasts/etc and love his approach to these thigns.

I would probably say 506b operators are more experienced as 506c operators can advertise and that’s the guru / marketing route of operators with no experience - let me just whip of some videos and market this thing and figure it out.506b needs the relationships as they cannot advertiseNow as a GP I prefer 506c over b all day long, but as I mentioned above- I agree that no correlation

ive watched some youtube videos of foreignors rehabbing old farm houses in Japan, just do a search for them.

Go on YouTube and you’ll see all the fear monger crash bros predicting a crash in the RE market.

The heads-up is much appreciated, will have to dive into their videos online as well, once I make the switch.
