It could very easily be compared to a simple "we buy houses" post card, just geared a bit more specifically for those landlords.

Shortly, there will also be a site, General Real Estate Academy that will have the basics of real estate as agents are taught but it is geared toward investors instead of agents.

We went and looked at a gentrifying neighborhood in Los Angeles today and we are now thinking of switching gears and looking to invest in a home to actually live in.

A generous negative gearing policy has led a lot of people to accept negative cash flow because of the tax benefits, and bank on the historically unprecedented property boom to continue trucking on.

Thank you for this, it really has made my gears turn.

Even though I have a pretty good accounting system, it not being geared towards investors in particular (its property management software, which is actually telling:) ) it took me a full afternoon to throw my numbers together.
