As a proponent of good government, I believe that government should not be a willing party towards fleecing its most vulnerable (or dumbest, if you want to call a spade a spade) citizens.

Though we've discussed the usefulness of bad PR quite a bit on this thread, there is also the notion that many thousands of vacation rental owners have no idea how vulnerable they are.

I am a capitalist and believe in a free laws based market -  i also believe we need to take care of the vulnerable.  

They're all progressive and for helping the vulnerable low income, until the point it actually impacts them.What we are seeing is a lifestyle choice.

I’m wondering if purchasing in your own name leaves your personal assets vulnerable to lenders in the case of a loan default though?
