Agree with Adam, and that fee assumes clean and reconciled financials are provided (trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet, and general ledger in Excel format).Partnerships are anything but simple now.

Then you will need that traditional financing to refinance the property after it has been rehabbed and rented.Operating the properties will take some trial and error but there are great books out there to help you mitigate this.

Hi @Tracy Uscinski there’s a lot of confusion around how S8 works and while there’s variations across different housing authorities I’ve not seen many rentals that are “S8 approved” a priori, as much as rentals that are simply inspected before a S8 tenant moves in for any potential violations.

We anticipate pricing will be a bit of trial and error, but we definitely want max profits!

Do one deal at 50/50 as a trial and see from there.

The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.
