Scheduling the individual trades persons ie. plumbers, electricians and ect. is best when you have a full day of work for each trade.

There will be this trade off that you will get out of any remodel. 

Just like anywhere else I think the biggest challenge is finding homes to flip at the right price and being able to build a team of trades that can complete projects on time, within your budget and with the quality that can sell.With your experience I'm surprised you bought new construction. 

I currently live in Charleston and am a fishing guide by trade so I have a good base understanding of how water moves through salt marsh areas, but it'd make me feel a lot better about this purchase if I could have an expert look at it.

If you develop skills, you can also trade knowledge for cpa or bookkeeping work in exchange for your knowledge or help.

I encourage all others who have been swindled or have had similar experiences to share them too and to submit complaints to the Better Business Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, State Board of Accountancy, Federal Trade Commission, Police Department’s Financial Crime Unit, and the District Attorney.

Maybe some sort of "white glove" organization exists, but doubtful.Also, it would be better to split it up for sourcing issues, just like hiring trades instead of general contractors.For example, it took me two years to find my agent. 

These reported sales prices impact the trading cap rate.

Check your ego, consultants and trades are people too.

Illinois has strongest trades unions because they own the politician/lawmakers there.
