I reach out to a lender, submit the application (or verbally relay my information over the phone to avoid another hard inquiry), and when I ask for an estimate of rates, they disappear or take an unreasonable amount of time to respond and follow up is non existent.

I am purchasing the homes at fair market value and close next month.The engineering and city applications are already submitted for the subdivision and signs indicate it will be approved or else no deal.I have the homes under contract and the property owners have signed another listing agreement to allow me to market their homes to the next buyer.

We allow but we require proof that each pet is spayed or neutered and the tenants has to submit proof that they have renter’s insurance which covers their pet(s).
