Why do you think another "way more serious, way more lethal, Covid strain that infects EVERYBODY regardless of vaccination status" is now going around?

The Tsunami i predict will be more like a 1 foot high tidal wave we see here on the west coast.. not that a 20 footer that wreaks havoc but when all the sirens go off and everyone heads to high ground and U have to strain to see the 1 foot swell.. that's what I see..

The unit on the first floor of the house was completely renovated, going from having no insulation in the walls, single pane windows and electric heat, to having all new floors, walls, insulation, windows, new bathroom, new kitchen, everything was painted, new plumbing and electrical, as well as a new forced hot air heating/air conditioning system.

The city I rent in inspects houses every three years and we get flagged for windows that have pealing paint, cracked pane or are only single pane with no storm window.
