We used this as a call to action to raise hell when necessary, and to compile a list of gents who opted against using soap and water after using the restroom (the president of the company headlined this list).  

Man, it's a never-ending soap opera...If I was a Hollywood producer I'd make it into a weekly television series.

I don’t generally offer incentives but I've heard people who do things like "pick your upgrade" (ceiling fan, carpet replace, etc) on anniversary date.

Also if it’s a honeymoon or anniversary we’ll let our cleaners know and they’ll shape two towels like swans kissing on the bed.

It's like expecting free appetizers or drinks from a restaurant year-round because you bring your family there once a year for an anniversary dinner.

My typical terms were 5 - 6% interest rate, fixed for 5 years and then floating with prime (some of my loans reset with each change and one resets once per year on the anniversary date).  20 year term.Hope that helps!
