So this is not something new, I've used Flat Fee agency before and I know how these guys are working.It' small shop operation, 3-6 guys, with 1 TC.

I was just hoping there was someone that had personal experience with them.

I manage around 400 rentals with 14 years of experience and have never been sued once.

Anyone else have experience with this?
