Then release the land in a sandwich lease to someone willing to pay more.  4)  Reverse Mortgage - The owner maybe able to get a reverse mortgage that gives him $500K plus in cash and no payments.  

Hello BP friends, I have my first sandwich lease option agreement in place and I'm curious to know the mechanics of when the tenant wants to buy the property, what is the process?  

Were you doing a sandwich lease option or were you wholesaling the lease/option agreement?

The IRS doesn't care if you're buying a house, improving it and then selling it or buying bread and lunch meat and selling sandwiches. 

The IRS does not care if you are buying a house, fixing it and selling it or buying bread and bologna and selling sandwiches.  

You would either be in a sandwich deal or you take on the property as your own and then do what you want.

I have not seen them, but I have seen evidence like recent newspapers and gas station sandwiches with recent "best buy" dates.I did e-mail the city about this and they said they would have an inspector go to the location to secure the property and make sure they cannot get in.
