I have some wish that at some point in the future, if a user points out made up data and attaches a link to a reliable source (NAR, case Shiller, neighborhoodscout, Rentometer, etc) showing the data is made up, that BP flags the post as being erroneous.   

I didn't realize this until I started the refinance process and was locked into a rent rate that didn't meet these requirements.   

I invest heavily here myself with reliable contractors.
