I don’t own any property yet, but I do hold a Bachelors in Architecture (professional degree) and am now in grad school in pursuit of a Masters of Urban Planning.

Now in all honesty, I took a few years off for educational pursuits, so even though I started my business nearly 10 years ago, it hasn't been 10 continual years. 

They probably wouldn’t say that person going through school to become an accountant, lawyer, or doctor is greedy and they should just be content with what they have rather than spending all of that time in pursuit of those degrees.Most of us who invest in real estate do it as an investment to create wealth.

Even though I do have my bachelors, it has not contributed substantially to my current pursuit of getting involved in real estate.Hope this helps!!
