Background: I was always interested in accumulating wealth at a young age, but fell victim to the cookie cutter mentality of 1) go to college 2) get a good job 3) and die.

I bought a house when I was 23 and ended up "househacking" it with roommates (back then we just called it renting out a room) and then after moving out of state I just kind of fell into renting it out.  

I deal just fell into my lap over the weekend.

I would've assumed they fell out of the tenant's ears - based on what they seem to hear!

I am also seeking for individuals like retail buyers that are just searching for a great deal on their next home, or better yet maybe their first investment opportunity.That being said there is always room for the families who simply fell behind due to things like-doctor's bills, job loss, forced relocation, divorce, death of a loved one, etc., these are just a few of the horrible situations that can happen to any home buyer along the road we all call life.It is my goal to personally and professionally deal with all of the parties involved, in a continued effort to find and secure as many solutions, for as many people as humanly possible. 

Over the last 2 months, finally the most recent buyers financing fell thru and my offer was accepted!  

All of which came back with highest and Best 2 of which i lost and 3 of which haven't heard anything in 10 plus days.Yesterday my realtor told me that the cash offer on the original house fell through and the bank accepted my offer at 55k.When i put that offer in it was a owner occupant FHA 203k loanNow it is no longer a owner occupant. but strictly investor. in the mean time i have stumbled across some cash, so i won't be needed the 203k financing which is nice.This process is new to me and i am figuring it all out as i go along.

Upadate: So it ends up the 6 unit at 142-146 Hutchinson Rd in Kalamazoo fell through--and I made a $936 mistake, one I'll never ever make again!

So we moved into a house that needed nothing.In 2013 we found a foreclosure through the homepath website and fell in love.
