Contact a real estate attorney in the county the property is in and have them do a property ownership search and lis pendens (lawsuit) check.

It had multiple offers the day it was listed (like everywhere) but now the financing of the buyer is falling through. 

Luka  I have one property left in Cleveland I would do short term owner finance on so you can do some BRRR its got a long term tenant in it..
