That's why I don't see the problem as long as all parties involved know they you're a licensed agent and signs something stating that they are aware of it.

A big problem as you might of already seen is that could take months if not years depending on the extent of repairs and the length of time it sat on the market or it may have been something the owners wanted to live in so it never even was listed for sale.

Having endless problems within the last couple months with availability windows not updating in the defined availability windows and YP pricing overriding the rates set in smart pricing tools, which is a huge problem as busy ski seasons are coming up.
