@Jeff C.Canadian privacy law pretty much precludes the amalgamation and selling of lists (probate, mortgage arrears/defaults) as you see done in the U.S.A.

I might suggest you take 3 distinct earth tone colors for the exterior to define each unit better and I would also add a back fence plus a fence to separate the units as well to lend more privacy.

I worked that into my offer.My first thought was to get a fresh survey done and put up a privacy fence.The seller also told me the neighbor had previously asked to buy the property to move her mother into.
