I currently work for a large chemical company near my hometown on their procure-to-pay team, but I'm focused on working towards my goal of financial freedom and building my own career as an entrepreneur. 

As such, most will also gave a listing agreement with the owner in case they want to sell.This, if the property manager is ligit... you are not going to go to the owber direct.... the mere fact that you find the property manager infers that he or she is "procuring cause"Good luck

Because of my excellent credit and steady finances/job security I've been able to procure multiple loans 1% down with 2% equity from a lender on one and a pathway to purchase loan with another lender.

My two cents is that I did this with the help of so many different lenders and banks, the procurement behind it was incredible.

The apartment complexes, property managers, and landlords pay in any case that I am the procuring cause of their new tenant and they have previously agreed to pay agents. 

Great point, Chris...There is no rule that says the buyer and the seller can't be represented by different companies, and that the buyer can't procure his own title search/insurance from his company while the seller is represented by his own attorney...

Yes, lenders dont care HOW to procure the property - agent or no agent - as long as the seller has clean and clear title and is the actual person who can convey that property.

Does anyone know if I can avoid a realtor and go directly to a mortgage broker to procure the land and get the loan. 4.)

Any property damage, injuries to a contractor’s employees or negligence in their workmanship is covered under policies that the contractor procures for himself, such as General Liability and Workman’s Comp.
