In my free time I enjoy following Chicago sports, playing the guitar, seeing live music, and spending time with my friends and family.

I suggest the Pips to do the inspection knowing Gladys has some pull, but Will insists on getting  Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, Will wins again, okay, fine.Shorty Long woke me up about that time, made the trip necessary and let him sing his tune and got back to bed, I didn't want to miss the sale so I got right back to sleep.Got back into it and Brandon and I decided to celebrate, celebrate, listen to the music, ya know,  so we went to the bar next door to the complex.

I also love running while listening to my favorite music...I am in my own world and it always makes me feel better.

That way I can maximize my time to learning instead of just listening to music.

I still get complaints daily from tenants that they can hear the tenants above them talking, walking, music, tv, ect.

It would be a good networking experience and you would get more local knowledge on the condo market musical chairs.

As mentioned, any lender is going to require experience of the folks doing the work, that property is their collateral, so how would they know that a music teacher or IT engineer can hang doors that close, windows that open, cabinets that won't fall off the wall or that a ceiling won't fall in?
