My advice - find a legit mentor that may partner with you as cohost is your first property, willing to share knowledge and you absolutely know for a fact they hv experience in the airbnb space with their own properties; gather info on internet, buy a couple of books - all the information is already out there.

Most of these guys out there want to do "cost plus" contracts so that you're responsible for all the labor and material costs and they just tack on their 18 to 20% on top.

I haven't had any issues with the wifi in either the Kwikset or the Schlage but my Schlage is in a city location with usually reliable internet.
