I use the Kwikset SmartKey locks, and if you need to flip the keyhole on those all you have to do is pop the cylinder out, turn it 180 degrees, and re-insert it.

Appliances attached in a permanent manor, bolted down, inserted in a counter top are part of real property depending on the intention of the attachment or if they are unique to the property. example; blinds hung in a standard window are personal property, custom blinds cut and attached to fit a large arched window will be real property.
