@Patrick Gray @gregdickerson gave you very sound advice.  

Driving by like @Loretta Gray suggested is a necessity.

Grays Ferry, Point Breeze, Girard Estates etc.) has become a coveted area for flippers and landlords alike. $125k is the bottom line for shells in this area but my firm has sold properties in varying conditions anywhere between that price up to $185k depending on the work needed and proximity to parks/public transit. 

@Hammad Arif We use lighter shades such as Popular Gray and Eider White, by Sherwin Williams.

Almost all the flip type properties are painted something similar to Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray in Eggshell (HD Behr will make this color too) and doors and trim in semigloss ultra pure white and ceilings in interior ceiling flat white.

@Marco Morkous I highly recommend Gray Cato from Wildcat Lending.

I'd personally say it's gray area. 

All trim painted white, walls offset colors of light gray or beige and one deeper color accent wall.  

So it could be a dangerous gray area.

It can be a real gray area.
