After many years in the “Rat Race”(public school teacher, engineer), I am looking for a way out.

I get the impression they see it as a race to get open with the rest of the country, first tourist spot to open will get hit hard and fast by tourists wanting to get out of their confinement. 

Clearly they have not become the horse and buggy just yet.

I'm looking to build an indoor race track.

I know when screening tenants you can’t choose based on race, gender, disability etc.

Are you still able to compete without racing to the bottom?
