The answer is consistency, 12+ mailings.Then it comes down to the fact there is a less than 1% conversation ratio on mailings.I would focus more on quality than quantity.

It's been a fantastic shift from trying to do things with Excel and a plan scale.The learning curve is a little sharp until you grok that it's all object-oriented... after that sunk in I realized that the thing was really a rocket ship that could take you to the moon once you get it set up right.Previous to Planswift I was using an Excel sheet that I had set up with [about 5 pages of] common items that I could go through and enter quantities.
