Would love to hear from @Dawn Anastasi who I believe manages some C properties.In Kansas City, I have seen C properties yielding 25-35% in certain cases, and B properties producing closer to 12% would people take that extra 20ish% pro forma returns for the head aches?

You could have a property purchased and renovated by then or even a small condo/townhome to get a head start providing the HOA was reasonable.

.)* Say sorry, lose the deal / get* Fix it, write it off, and stop paying the holding costs* Negotiate to fix their most critical issues~~~Random Thoughts From a buyer's perspective-- as people above mentioned, newer buyers tend to want a flip property that's PERFECT and have a hard time wrapping their head around blowing through savings and then ALSO having to fix it further... 

Seems to me like we're at a breaking point in the US where everyone is split on which way the economy is heading.

Many are good hardworking people and sometimes they get in over their head.

So they stop looking at us like we have 2 heads or “shudnt we still belong in the kitchen?”
