Could be a different product too (Pledge Asset, for example), but basically a loan against your holdings. 

That'll give you an idea of the finished product we do to get great returns. 

So they may have had great occupancy at the resort when it was smaller, now it is a ghost town.  

We were able to get this product from a commercial cleaning supply company.

While I strongly prefer not to use this type of product, it can be useful when a property is too "gunky" to qualify for a 30-year fixed-rate loan.

Most Major cities will still fill office space in the future as more people get back to work as you realize while some people may be more productive remotely working in groups and mentoring people has a lot more progress in personIf you bought office in 2018-2020 then I really feel bad for you though as there is a pricing reset for those building owners
