It sucked up the stain or paint by the gallons.

So It's basically free for me :) 1,000 miles and I've only used .3 gallons of gas so far muahaha.

Kind of like going to the paint store and buying paint that was returned because it was mixed wrong at a few bucks a gallon.  

Look at the water department water and sewer rate usage per gallon and see if a big hike by the water authority is coming soon.Look at labor costs for the staff and make sure you are competitive for the area.
