I am personally fascinated with the renovation/rehabbing/flipping aspect.

I still look at it, mostly out of curiosity and sometimes out of fascination at just how badly dilapidated some buildings can get and still be "occupied".Seriously though, what makes an apartment complex stand out to you as a possible deal using only the information you can get from Loop Net?

After finding bigger pockets last year and listening to my first podcast, I can proudly say that I was hooked, and have dedicated a lot of my time outside of working as an Audiologist to learning and digesting tibits of real estate investing (who would of thought this could be so fascinating).

I grew up in Worcester County, Massachusetts, and for most of my life had a fascination with what I eventually learned in high school to be economics. 

I have always been fascinated with real estate investing and excited to continue to build upon my current property. 

I have become fascinated over the past few years with investing, particularly in real estate.

My dad had a few properties at that time and I was fascinated by the concept.
