I am new to the area, and would love to join some meet up groups. meet up group should b a weekly routine for real estate investors, that is how you expand your networking.

I have run my scenarios by lenders and they have told me, they do such deals routinely.

I discovered the BP podcasts a few weeks ago and have already made them a part of my daily routine - it is a fabulous source of information and inspiration.  

I believe there are surprisingly quite a few people from Wichita on here, how many are active on a routine basis is another question though.Have you attended any of the Wichita REI meetings?

How can I feel confident as a new wholesaler in front of sellers without raising eyebrows or getting in trouble? 

Obviously, nothing too major - I'll find a specialist for that.Also, if you know of an A/C guy, need to do the routine service on the heat exchanger.Thanks!

I routinely execute a buyer's broker agreement with clients and charge them nothing.  

I only can get it to work routinely on my desktop.

For example, if I booked Beyoncé to perform at a club, and she assigned the contract to Adele to show up and perform the same routine, lol.
