It's more time consuming but you'll have much better control over the project using the better management software and you'll gain the ease of use and communication that Basecamp provides for people who aren't necessarily experts in project management (i.e. contractors).

UN- wide world... or the BAR member 'attorneys' (masquerading as 'lawyers') within the globally franchised legal(eased) system of the Roman 'City of London' Temple BAR (using Maritime Admiralty "law of the sea," subordinate to Roman "Canon law," of the land) would have shut it DOWN, long ago.And I have thought up some great LO and wholesaling, etc. related 'ideas,' but have yet to 'apply' any of them, to date.

I have just parked money there between projects/investments because of the ease and returns - and I actually enjoy doing analysis and due diligence on deals across the CF platforms, whether I invest or not.
