." - Benjamin FranklinI think the key may very well be to increase your productivity by working harder, longer, and more efficiently ... and an excellent way to do that in a pragmatic manner is to work while most others sleep ... it helps the longer and harder part, obviously ... but it can also help the more efficiently part as there are fewer distractions.

Nope, it's not distracting me...but mostly this is probably I don't have a job lol@Darren Sager and @Brandon Turner distract me though.

It is so easy to get distracted by the shiny objects when listening to the podcasts but when you listen to one of the Denver folks talk about a deal from here it inspires me to go out and find them, because they are here too. 

This way, you won’t get distracted or overwhelmed.

I enjoy my work as it has taught me discipline, reacting properly to rejection, and flat out work ethic that would rival the Spartans but as of late have found myself distracted by the idea of long term planning and using Real Estate as a means to get there.
