We've given her everything she needs, multiple times, but she claimed she didn't have an email (she's 45 and has an active facebook page), then she claimed she didn't have a computer (free at the local library) and that she couldn't figure out the forms (several organizations are specifically set up to help her and we've offered to help her in the office).

We Dutch (me included - but I also suspect a lot of other BP members) love to do all of this from their computer.

I was a Computer Engineer with Comp Sci and Math minor, plus I did extracurricular activities.

You could keep them on your computer, backed up on an external hard drive or cd/dvd/flashdrive. 

The letter was written, in fact I wrote 3 letters, but it still lives on my computer.

That all came crashing down when I forgot to sign out of a computer and failed my clinical class.

@Tim SipowiczI would create a folder on your computer to keep track of all the receipts you have from vendors(contractors, plumbers, home depot, lowes, etc).I would create one separate bank account for your rental activity.

Do they not have computers?

Make it a priority to take notes when you are done with the conversation, and if you're not near a computer, use a note-taking app on your phone.Showing up to court with verbal "he said/she said" is worthless, but showing up with documentation is far more powerful.
